It’s humpday, ladies, but if you ask me this doesn’t make any difference to my struggle to wake up and get ready in the morning!A�?Y?�A�I know, there are so many super womenA�out there who get up without any problems, work out, prepare breakfast and lunch for the kids, make crazy smoothie bowls, take the kids to kindie or school, drive to work and and and! Seriously, these ladies deserve an award. So, no matter if you are a morning person or not, there’s one thing which always gets the short end of the stick: our morning makeup! I am certainly not talking about seductive smokey eyes or the perfect winged eyeliner, simply because we’ve got a life, right?! We just want to look nice and put together. So forget about all the crazy Youtube tutorials and let’s stick with the basics: a five minute everyday makeup. But even if you keep it simple, make sure you opt for high quality products to pamper your skin. And remember to only apply little of each item, you will be surprised how long a good concealer or eyeshadow can last for!
So, let’s start our 5 minute morning routine with…
Step 1 – A�Foundation
Prepare the skin with a liquid foundation to brighten and even out your skin tone. Make sure you opt for one with SPF!
Alternatively, you could also apply a primer to prepare your face for makeup:

Step 2 – Concealer
Conceal any imperfections and minimize the fine lines and wrinkles.

Done with step 1 and step 2? Okay, so let’s do some contouring and add a pop of colour on your cheeks.

Step 4 – Eyes
Play it save and go for natural colours for your eyeshadow or eyeliner and waken your eyes with some mascara. If you want to do your brows too, here’s a tip for you! You can easily use your eyeshadow for defining your brows if you use a special brush for it.

Step 5 – Lips
To keep the overall natural look, opt for a softer colour but make sure you choose a long lasting lip product so that you don’t have to reapply it every hour.
